Job Title: Strategic Financial Advisor

 

Role and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) to increase their liabilities size and enhance profitability through capturing a larger share of wallet.

  • Evaluate customer portfolios and develop strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Review account inflows and outflows, and proactively track HNI visits to India.
  • Establish close connections with customers through regular mailers and phone calls, sharing insights on market fluctuations.
  • Generate new sales leads through referrals from existing clients, HNI brokers, stock brokers, expats, and shipping companies.

 

Secondary Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers. They will also recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

 

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will lead a team of professionals to achieve business targets. They will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent, monitoring employee productivity, and making improvements as needed.
