Machine Learning Engineer

A dynamic professional with a strong background in machine learning, statistics, and computer science is sought to join our organization. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and translate them into actionable data science problems.
  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and NLP techniques.
  • Preprocess, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Deploy ML models into production environments using MLOps practices and ensure scalability and reliability of AI solutions.
  • Develop data pipelines and collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
  • Conduct experiments, perform model validation, and optimize performance to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through data visualization and storytelling.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R, with expertise in Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with SQL and data manipulation, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Exposure to MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
