Job Summary:

We're seeking a talented individual to develop and deploy Generative AI architectures, algorithms, and frameworks. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating scalable and efficient models that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize Generative AI models using Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and vector databases.
  • Apply prompt engineering and tokenization techniques for optimized model outputs.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
  • Test, deploy, and monitor models for performance and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, tools, and frameworks.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Generative AI: 1.6+ years of experience.
  • Agentic AI: 6+ months of experience.
  • Python: 3-5 years of experience with prompt engineering expertise.
  • Large Language Models (LLMs): OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.
  • Vector databases and RAG pipelines.
  • LangChain libraries and AI agents.
  • Cloud computing: Azure preferred, but AWS and GCP are also acceptable.
Good to Have:
  • Experience with MLOps and DevOps practices.
  • Cloud deployment expertise (Azure, GCP, AWS).
  • Familiarity with scalable AI production environments.
