Job Title: Lending Product Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lending Product Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and enhancing the onboarding experience for merchant lending, working closely with partners to integrate APIs.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and user experience skills, with proven experience in building API integrations and managing relationships with lending partners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Owning and enhancing the onboarding experience for merchant lending
  • Analyzing data to understand the reasons behind conversion or abandonment in the onboarding process
  • Continuously improving onboarding funnel conversion KPIs and testing hypotheses to improve user experience
  • Managing lender partner product flow and driving growth in disbursals using AI and automation for scalability

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer or fintech industries
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and user experience skills
  • Proven experience in building API integrations and managing relationships with lending partners
  • Ability to negotiate and influence cross-functional teams and prioritize product initiatives effectively
