We are seeking a skilled Loan Operations Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing loan applications, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations, and performing quality control on new and existing loans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking and financial regulations, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. You will work closely with our clients and third-party vendors to resolve account questions and problems, and perform high-risk task processing including maintenance on accounts having regulatory or monetary implications.
- Reviews and analyzes loan applications to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and requirements.
- Performs quality control on new and existing loans using internal reports and loan documentation.
- Communicates professionally with clients and third-party vendors through multiple channels.
- Researches and resolves internal and externally submitted account questions and problems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A general equivalency diploma and one to three years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of deposit and lending procedures and regulatory requirements.
- High level of proficiency with FIS and third-party applications.
