We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Microsoft 365 platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, setting standards, and collaborating with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant, and efficient Power Platform environment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Build and manage Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement an environment strategy.
  • Develop and support mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions.
  • Design and build impactful Power BI dashboards and reports, including complex data modeling and troubleshooting.
  • Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units.
  • Use tools like CoE Starter Kit, PnP, PowerShell, and Graph API to automate administration.

Technical Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Required Skills:

  • Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization
  • Power Apps & Automate: Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development
  • Power Platform governance: ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensing

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with: ShareGate, Jira, Nintex, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
