Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our key account management strategy.
This is a dynamic role that involves managing daily lead management operations, performing customer profiling, and collaborating closely with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and refine daily lead management operations across diverse international markets.
- Perform customer profiling and manage lead assignment.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of inbound leads across global markets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule demos at the appropriate stage of the sales process.
- Track lead progress, identify drop-offs, and plug the gaps with data-backed actions.
- Keep the CRM system up-to-date and fully synchronized.
- Qualify leads through intelligent engagement and understand their needs, pain points, and intent.
- Support pre-sales readiness by ensuring every lead is well-nurtured and sales-ready.
Requirements:
- Strong background in sales or business development with an MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business (or relevant experience).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and excite customers without a hard sell.
- Understanding of email marketing flows, engagement techniques, and CRM compliance norms.
- A love for structure, detail, and data-driven decision-making.
