Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business results and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational objectives and drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in an operations management or customer experience role.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding KPIs and delivering outstanding customer service results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams.
