
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this key position. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient and reliable customer order management, ensuring on-time and in-full order execution as agreed with the customer.
Responsibilities:- Maintenance of accurate order data in SAP systems, including EDIs, Inbound, Outbound, Schedule Agreements, and proper documentation.
- Verification of Orders, Call Offs, and checking for Order inconsistencies and clarification with involved interfaces.
- Creation of logistic master data, such as Forwarder, Unloading Point, Sales District, and Partner Functions.
- Clarification of Production Status and Delivery Status with internal interfaces.
- Handling of Backlog, including Allocation Management and pro-active customer communication.
- Arranging Shipments and Initiation of Delivery Requests towards WH and Dispatching.
- Ensuring successful goods receipt at the customer.
- Regular and transparent order book reporting.
- Prioritizing customer orders and Merchandising management.
- Providing information about lead time, availability, delivery date, order status, contract price list, products, and services.
- Listening to customer queries and responding timely.
- Offering public information and technical product information after order placement.
- Catalog offering product alternatives after order placement.
- Taking new product requirements after order placement and forwarding to relevant departments.
- Responsible for Customer Escalations after Sales agreement and SOP is in place.
- Handling logistic claims, system entry, and receipt confirmation towards the customer.
- Handling product, service, and quality complaints with Quality Involvement.
