Senior EPM Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior EPM Consultant to drive complex implementations and build lasting client relationships.

The Opportunity:

This role offers the unique opportunity to lead high-impact implementations for enterprise clients while building our solution delivery capabilities in a rapidly expanding market.

  • Lead end-to-end EPM implementations for enterprise clients as both solution architect and trusted business advisor
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable business value
  • Build and manage client relationships with a consultative approach, particularly within the Office of Finance
  • Provide thought leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting best practices
  • Mentor junior team members and develop our delivery methodologies
  • Drive adoption of EPM platforms through effective stakeholder engagement
Key Requirements:

EPM Implementation Expertise: Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with EPM platforms such as Jedox, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream, IBM Planning Analytics, or SAP BPC.

Proven Track Record: Proven EPM implementation track record - Led end-to-end financial planning/budgeting system deployments for enterprise clients.

Finance Background: Finance/accounting background - Deep understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting processes.

Enterprise Consulting Experience: Enterprise consulting experience - Direct client-facing implementation and advisory work.

Technical Skills: Technical EPM skills - Data modeling, ETL, financial reporting, dashboard development.
