Email Campaign Manager

As a seasoned Email Marketing Specialist, you will be part of our campaign management support department. You should have a strong passion for email campaigns marketing and a proven track record in executing successful email marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will be expected to build, launch, manage, and optimize email campaigns across various platforms. They should also have expertise in hyper-personalization to comprise of procurement, design, configuration, and customization of Martech solutions.

This role supports our Martech team with responsibilities including:

  • End-to-end campaign execution which includes managing existing campaigns, new campaign setup, data selection, campaign rollout, and results tabulation
  • Managing existing and new campaigns on platforms such as Oracle Responsys, Oracle Unity, and Oracle Infinity IQ

The successful candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Unity CDP implementation for more than 2 customers
  • Hands-on experience in development of business intelligence reports using Oracle Infinity IQ and familiarity with dashboard reporting and insights
  • Hands-on experience in hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns using Oracle Infinity IQ
  • Experience writing complex queries using advanced PL/SQL concepts and performance tuning
  • High proficiency with Excel, specifically with Pivot Tables and data analysis

Key skills include:

  • Motivation and willingness to work closely within the email team and cross-channel with experts in digital marketing departments
  • Problem-solving, prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and time management
  • Detail-oriented analytical approach to achieving objectives
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and presentation

Flexibility in shifts (day/night) with rotational week-offs model is required.
