Email Marketing Specialist Position

This is a key role in the campaign management support department.

  • End-to-end campaign execution including managing existing campaigns, new campaign setup, data selection, campaign rollout and results tabulation.
  • Managing the existing & new campaigns and customer targeting and workflow set up on platforms such as Oracle Responsys, Oracle Unity and Oracle Infinity IQ.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for email marketing and be able to work closely with cross-channel teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Developing insights from complex and diverse data sets and coherently communicating those insights internally and to clients.
  • Using SQL queries to define and create the target audiences for the different campaigns.
  • Optimizing email campaigns across platforms and collaborating with the wider team to ensure optimal allocation across channels.
  • Compile performance reports, ensure data integrity and accuracy, and provide actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience in design and development of email campaigns using Oracle Responsys, as well as experience with Oracle Unity CDP implementation, business intelligence reporting using Oracle Infinity IQ, and hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
