As a Production Supervisor - Female Block, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules. Your responsibilities will include planning, allocating, and monitoring daily production activities to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store teams for uninterrupted operations
  • Supervise, guide, and support women workers in the production block to ensure fair distribution of tasks and optimum utilization of manpower
  • Motivate workers to maintain productivity and discipline
  • Monitor production at every stage to ensure adherence to quality standards and conduct regular checks to minimize defects, wastage, and rework
  • Coordinate with quality control for inspections and corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, especially in women's working areas, and report and prevent any unsafe practices or hazards
  • Promote a healthy and respectful work environment for women employees
  • Identify training needs of workers and provide on-the-job training
  • Develop skills of women employees for improved efficiency
  • Encourage teamwork and knowledge-sharing
  • Maintain production records, attendance, and shift reports, track material usage, wastage, and productivity levels, and submit regular reports to higher management
  • Ensure adherence to company rules, policies, and compliance standards, and address grievances of women workers in coordination with HR
