Our company is the first to help CROs, RevOps leaders, and GTM teams close more revenue without increasing headcount. We're looking for a skilled Visual Designer to join our Product Marketing and Growth team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Brand Identity: Own and evolve our visual identity across all channels (website, decks, campaigns, and digital presence)
  • Marketing Design: Create compelling visuals for product marketing initiatives (launches, comparison pages, sales enablement decks, infographics, case studies)
  • Social Media: Design engaging graphics, carousels, and visuals optimized for social media
  • Creative Storytelling: Collaborate with PMM and Growth to translate narratives into visually striking campaigns
  • Motion/Video: Edit short-form video content (social snippets, product teasers, customer stories) to elevate our brand presence
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in visual design, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand building and consistency across multiple formats
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with design for social media marketing and digital campaigns
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives in fast-paced GTM and PMM environments
  • Strong eye for typography, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Bonus: Experience with video editing/motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
