Job Title

Azure data engineer positions are available in our organization. We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in applied research, including Generative AI, and be able to collaborate with product and engineering teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead applied research in Generative AI, including LLMs, Vision-Language Models, VLMs, and Multimodal AI.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate GenAI research into real-world use cases for industries like manufacturing, automotive, oil, gas, and healthcare.
  • Conduct research and development in Traditional AI domains such as Computer Vision, object detection, segmentation, OCR, and Predictive Analytics.
  • Build and evaluate AI models using tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenCV, and Scikit-learn.
  • Publish internal white papers, IP disclosures, and present research outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Required Skills Experience:
  • 7-12 years of hands-on experience in AIML R&D, including minimum 2-3 years in GenAI.
  • Strong experience with LLMs fine-tuning, model evaluation, vector databases, and inference pipelines.
  • Deep expertise in at least one traditional domain, Computer Vision, eg CNNs, YOLO, Mask RCNN, or Predictive Modeling, eg time series survival models.
  • Experience deploying models in Edge Cloud MLOps pipelines and working with enterprise data platforms.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with notebook-based prototyping, REST APIs, and ML libraries.
  • Good to Have Preferred
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI, Digital Twins, or Simulation-based learning.
  • Experience in industrial AI domains, eg smart factory quality inspection, predictive maintenance.
  • Exposure to generative vision models, like Diffusion Models, GANs, or NeRFs.
  • Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary R&D teams.
  • Contributions to open-source patents or publications in AIML.
