Automation Test Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in automation testing for Banking Application to join our team as an Automation Test Engineer.

As an Automation Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and executing automation test scripts for Airline PSS applications. You will utilize Cucumber and Java for behavior-driven development (BDD) automation testing and perform end-to-end API testing to validate integration and functionality.

You will collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to identify and resolve defects. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with airline industry standards and best practices and enhance and maintain test frameworks to improve automation efficiency.

Required skills and qualifications include 3+ years of experience in automation testing, specifically in the Banking Domain, strong proficiency in Cucumber (BDD Framework) and Java, hands-on experience in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI, and experience working with test automation frameworks like Selenium or similar.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Banking application, exposure to performance and security testing, and knowledge of SQL and database validation.
