At International Schools Partnership Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the deployment and expanded utilisation of our core technology stack.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the digital transformation of our student enrollment processes. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Group Head of Customer Service, the Regional Marketing and Admissions leads, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of our technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HubSpot and/or equivalent platforms, with a proven track record of influencing and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science is essential, along with advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Power BI.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £60,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Transformation: Collaborate with our Group technology team members to design, configure, and maintain HubSpot integrations that align with admissions processes across regions.
  • Campaign Execution: Deploy engagement campaigns using themes defined by marketing, distribution, and design teams, meeting our quality standards and improving student conversion.
  • IT Administration: Collaborate with IT staff as needed on IT administration and support requests, receiving directions to specific IT tasks and workflows.
Skills and Qualifications
  • HubSpot Expertise: Be expert and capable in using at least the following features in HubSpot: Account-Based Marketing, A/B Testing, Ad Management and Retargeting, Audiences, Blog set up and management, Contacts (Maintenance, Duplicate Management, List Management, Data Quality enforcement), Conversations Inboxes, Live Chat, Custom Objects and Properties, Custom Integrations, Data Sync / Export, Deals and Pipelines, Email Templates, Open / Click / Reply Tracking, Scheduling, Snippets, Email Plugin Integration, Forecasting, Forms, Funnel Lifecycle, Meeting Scheduling Links, Notifications, Quoting (Line Items, Products, Digital Signature, etc.), Reporting / Custom Dashboards, Revenue Attribution, Site Analytics, Visitor / Prospect Identification, Social Media, SEO, Service Ticketing/Service Hub, SSO, Tasks / Task Queues, User, Group, and Role / Permissions Management, Workflow Automation.
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business or Computer Science (or relevant equivalent).
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in HubSpot and/or equivalent HubSpot certifications, with a strong background in IT operations and customer service.
