Job Description:

The Construction Project Operations Coordinator is a dynamic role that plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

This position requires close collaboration with regional construction managers, field-focused professionals, and cross-functional partners to provide operational support and ensure project success.

  • Provide FF&E take-offs from approved construction documents
  • Update and maintain the owner-supplied responsibility schedule
  • Identify unapproved substitutions or non-budgeted items
  • Collaborate with construction management suppliers and general contractors
  • Interact with project participants, including customers, architects, and design teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Graduate degree in business management or construction/facility administration
  • Minimum 2 years of construction experience in a retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with internal and external partners
  • Organized with the ability to multitask and document with attention to detail
  • Mathematical and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
