HR & Admin Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of HR and Admin Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in recruitment consulting, human resources operations, and administrative support.

This position offers hands-on exposure to various aspects of the business, including recruitment consulting, HR operations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on portals.
  • Provide EA support: scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Manage email correspondence and prepare reports.
  • Update and manage social media handles (e.g., Instagram).
  • Provide general office and administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • A female graduate (recently passed out; freshers welcome).
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals preferred (training provided).
  • Interest in social media and digital content.
  • Resides in or near Faridabad.
