Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge and proficiency in corrective and preventive maintenance of wet etch equipment, including 200/300mm Wet Benches (SES, DNS, FSI Zeta) and single wafer processing tools.
  • Perform robot teaching and adjustments for mentioned tools, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance on wet etch equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement effective PM planning, consumable procurement, and parts management strategies to minimize costs and maximize tool availability.
  • Employ complex troubleshooting techniques, perform root cause analysis (Fish bone/8D, 4D methodology), and resolve tool issues promptly.
  • Have basic knowledge of Brooks & Assyst SMIFs, and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
  • Ensure all tasks are executed safely, with good housekeeping practices in place.
  • Possess knowledge in Mitsubishi/Omron PLC programming, which is an added advantage.
  • Experience in subsystems like CDS, DI heaters, Ozone generators, and chillers is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with chemical safety guidelines and protocols is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance is mandatory.
  • Degree or Diploma in engineering with relevant experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • A positive attitude and good team player skills are necessary.
  • Self-driven individuals with the ability to work independently and/or in a team environment are preferred.
