About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Communications professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
You will own the development and execution of marketing strategies, working closely with senior leaders and HR teams to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns, events management, collaterals, branding, and positioning initiatives.
- Leading and developing communications to support external/internal collaboration, organisational changes, team events, etc.
- Crafting opportunities for leadership engagement and communication with their teams.
- Designing and implementing a communication plan for stream-specific knowledge sharing and learning initiatives.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to generate content and messages supporting talent acquisition and overall employer branding efforts.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Communications/Marcom, preferably in Technology industries. Strong understanding of complex organisations and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
