As an Exit Interview Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the exit process of employees, conducting structured interviews to gather valuable insights that can improve employee retention and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a centralized mailbox and update relevant tools with employee responses.
  • Schedule and conduct exit interviews with departing employees in a professional and unbiased manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure objective discussions.
  • Liaise with ethics and compliance teams on ethics-related concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with employees through emails and provide clarification when needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on exceptional or new scenarios.
  • Analyze data and prepare weekly and monthly reports of all transactions processed.
  • Understand Service Level Agreement (SLA) concepts and adhere to them.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in exit interview processes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of exit interview call handling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in handling pilot transitions and knowledge transfer.
  • Organizational skills and ability to present data logically.
