Project Coordinator Architect

Job Description:

  • Coordinate the design development and finalization of various projects in collaboration with internal departments and management.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.
    • Finalization of project documentation and specifications.
    • Preparation and review of working drawings and details within stipulated deadlines.
    • Documentation for regulatory compliance, including RERA, EC, and IGBC.
    • Regular site visits to monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to specifications and working drawings.
    • Leadership of a team of architects and draughtsmen to complete tasks efficiently.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Creativity and innovation in design and problem-solving.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in drawing and documentation software.
  • Knowledge of development control regulations and industry standards.
