We are hiring a Senior Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team in delivering high-caliber commercial real estate projects. This role is ideal for professionals with strong design coordination skills, a background in architecture, and experience working with international design firms, project management consultants, or reputed real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design coordination across internal teams, consultants, and contractors
  • Review architectural drawings and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Leverage tools like Revit, BIM, and AI-powered platforms for seamless workflows
  • Facilitate timely and accurate design documentation and approvals
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across planning, construction, and design
  • Monitor deliverables, track design timelines, and resolve design conflicts
  • Stay updated with international design trends and sustainability best practices

Who We're Looking For

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's in Architecture from a reputed university in India or abroad (mandatory)
  • Master's in Architecture from a globally reputed institute (preferred)
    • Experience:
    • 5–10 years in architecture/design coordination
    • Prior experience with international firms, PMCs, or top-tier real estate developers focused on commercial projects
      • Technical Expertise:
      • Proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, and AutoCAD
      • Exposure to AI tools for design automation, modeling, or documentation
      • Familiarity with local building codes and global design standards
        • Soft Skills:
        • Excellent communication and coordination skills
        • Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work cross-functionally
