We're looking for a highly skilled IT Recruiter to join our team at PrismHR, a leader in cloud-based payroll process software applications. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with hiring managers to build and execute sourcing strategies that identify, attract, and hire diverse candidates to support all business units.
Your responsibilities will include working closely with Vice President TA, Department heads, and Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs for each position and meeting competitive hiring goals and expectations. You'll also create, review, and design job descriptions and post them on various job boards, social media, internal ATS, and other possible channels.
In addition, you'll research latest hiring processes for each role, set evaluation parameters, and coordinate with stakeholders in preparing assessments/tests for each position. You'll establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs, collaborating with them to understand priority roles to be filled.
You'll also stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent and manage the end-to-end TA lifecycle across levels and roles, targeting to hire, onboard, and retain quality talent. Furthermore, you'll screen resumes and prospects, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from setting interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
Growing and fostering high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent, you'll utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates. Maintaining a database of candidate records, you'll identify, analyze, present, and keep updated hiring metrics, implementing initiatives to combat/mitigate challenges.
