Job Overview
The primary responsibility of a Travel Coordinator is to arrange and coordinate business travel, ensuring that all logistical arrangements are smooth and efficient. This includes arranging transportation, accommodations, and itineraries, as well as managing expense reports and visa/passport requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for senior management and other staff members.
  • Arrange transportation, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Book and manage hotel reservations, conferences, and meetings.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Verify and analyze information for management's use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in travel coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
