Senior Manager, Software Engineering Job Description

As a senior manager of software engineering, you will lead a team of engineers in developing new products and services, scaling existing ones, and ensuring a seamless experience across platforms and products.

You will manage the performance and career development of a large team, owning significant parts of our products that require design, architecture, and coding expertise. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with at least 12 years of relevant engineering work experience and 4 years of hands-on technical management experience.
  • 5+ years of software design and coding experience in Java, C++, or similar languages.
