Consumer Insights Manager Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our insights function. This role will be pivotal in shaping customer-centric strategies, strengthening brand positioning, and uncovering new market opportunities.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of qualitative depth, quantitative rigor, and cultural sensitivity to decode consumer journeys, inform product and service design, and inspire impactful brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consumer Strategy & Research
  • Lead the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative studies including segmentation, brand tracks, U&A, customer journey mapping, and category understanding.
  • Establish an always-on presence of research and insights across the organization.
  • Influencing Business Outcomes
  • Determine business drivers that impact customer behavior and develop recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making throughout the organization.
  • Staying Ahead of Trends
  • Rapidly identify emerging trends and shift in consumer behavior, incorporating them into strategic planning and ongoing research initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, best practices, and leading-edge methodologies.
  • Leading Cross-Functional Teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that integrate consumer insights, business strategy, and creative vision.
  • Communicate complex research findings to various stakeholders using clear and compelling storytelling techniques.
