Job Title: Design Manager

We are currently seeking a seasoned Design Manager to spearhead our product development team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in industrial product design.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in designing and developing products, with expertise in analogue electronics, power supplies, converters, microcontroller architecture, embedded programming, communication/interfacing protocols, and PCB designing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete Product Development Cycle
  • Modify existing products
  • Conduct product testing at national/international laboratories for quality compliance confirmations
  • Incorporate new technology in products
  • Interact with the sales team and/or customers for understanding application requirements
  • Visit customer sites for troubleshooting if required
  • Prepare technical documentation, product analysis and testing reports
  • Fulfill Quality system audit requirements
  • Lead a team of engineers
