**About This Role**

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a seasoned professional to develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies, manage public relations campaigns, oversee social media marketing efforts, and drive sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication, public relations, and social media marketing, with proven experience in influencer marketing. They will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with influencers, crafting and distributing press releases, monitoring campaign performance, and fostering relationships with media outlets and key industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage public relations campaigns to maintain a positive brand image
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts to engage with target audiences
  • Drive sales initiatives through effective marketing campaigns
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote products or services
  • Craft and distribute press releases to media outlets
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Foster relationships with media outlets and key industry stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in communication, public relations, and social media marketing
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing
  • Sales acumen and ability to drive marketing campaigns towards achieving sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting with flexibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Prior experience in digital marketing and branding is a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
