Wireless Innovation Leader

As a key member of our wireless technology team, you will be responsible for spearheading the validation efforts in Bengaluru. This involves building and mentoring a high-performing team to drive end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation of SoCs and subsystems.

  • Lead a cross-functional team comprising IC design, firmware, and system engineers
  • Develop and implement robust validation strategies for Wi-R SoCs and subsystems
  • Establish and maintain world-class labs and automation frameworks

For this role, we are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in post-silicon validation. You should have expertise in lab settings using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and probes. Additionally, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, and C++ is essential for automation and data analysis.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in post-silicon validation of communication chips or SoCs
  • Strong knowledge of low-power systems and wireless technologies
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across global teams
