Job Title: Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee the investment portfolio of a corporate entity.
Eligibility Criteria
  • The successful candidate must be a corporate entity with necessary infrastructure in place.
  • A compliance officer must be appointed and the principal officer must have a professional qualification in law, finance, accountancy or business management.
  • The principal officer must also have at least five years of experience in related activities in the securities market.
NISM XXI-B Certification Requirement
  • In addition to the principal officer and compliance officer, the applicant must have at least one employee with a graduate degree and at least two years of experience in related activities in the securities market.
  • The applicant must meet the capital adequacy requirements which include a minimum net worth of INR 5 crores.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of the securities market and regulatory requirements is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
