Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, including meetings, resources, and tasks.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Project management and production coordination for assigned teams.
  • Client relationship management and servicing for assigned jobs.
  • Ensure smooth working relationships with clients.
  • Attend client briefings, take approvals, and seek inputs – as the single point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Develop detailed project briefings after capturing all requirements from sales teams/client.
  • Manage CRM and update records.
  • Invoice on time and ensure payment realizations.
  • Develop project implementation and delivery plans in coordination with team leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a project manager or similar role.
  • Excellent client servicing and account management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
