Dispatcher/Operations Staff Job Description

Join our team as a Dispatcher/Operations Staff and be responsible for managing logistics operations. Key responsibilities include tracking drivers and trucks for on-time pickup and delivery, dispatching drivers, collecting proof of delivery, and communicating with shippers and customers.

  • Experience in dispatching or transportation operations is required, preferably in the reefer industry.
  • Proficiency in trucking software such as ALVYS TMS is necessary.
  • Strong English communication skills are essential, both written and spoken.

The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining strong communication skills. They should have experience in dispatching or transportation operations and proficiency in trucking software. Additionally, they should be familiar with industry-standard practices and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Dispatching or transportation operations experience (reefer preferred)
  • Trucking software proficiency (ALVYS TMS and/or similar)
  • English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Reliable and independent individual
  • Organized and detail-oriented with deadlines

As a Dispatcher/Operations Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth logistics operations. You will be responsible for managing loads, dispatching drivers, and monitoring progress. Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with shippers, brokers, and customers via email and phone
