**Job Title:** AI Software Developer

We are looking for a skilled Python developer to join our team of experts in next-generation AI models. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing efficient code, generating and refining datasets, and assessing model outputs.

The role focuses on dataset generation, model evaluation, and Python development — playing a key part in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and benchmarking AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality Python code that supports AI training pipelines.
  • Generate and refine datasets for SFT and contribute to RLHF workflows.
  • Run evaluations to measure and compare model performance.
  • Assess and rank model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
