Expert Digital Banking Quality Assurance Specialist

Empowering digital leaders requires more than just innovation – it demands a comprehensive approach to quality engineering. At the forefront of this movement, we seek a skilled Senior Software Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Digital Banking.
This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test cases for digital banking applications, leveraging expertise in modern quality engineering practices.
- Key responsibilities include building and maintaining automation scripts using Selenium or Playwright for UI testing, and Postman / REST Assured for API testing.
- Shift-left testing requires reviewing requirements, collaborating in design discussions, and identifying potential defects early in the lifecycle.
- The ideal candidate will actively learn and adopt new testing tools and techniques, especially in automation and AI-assisted testing, to continuously improve test coverage and efficiency.
- 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including strong expertise in functional, API, and automation testing within digital banking services.
- Solid understanding of digital banking workflows, encompassing Payments, Cards, KYC, Customer Onboarding, Loans, and Internet/Mobile Banking channels.
- Hands-on experience in test automation development using Selenium and Playwright for UI testing, and Postman / REST Assured for API testing.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-powered testing tools and concepts such as AI-driven test case generation.
- Experience in shift-left testing practices, working closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to ensure quality is embedded early in the SDLC.
- Holds an ISTQB Test certification.
