Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist with exceptional organizational skills to ensure the highest quality standards in our deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, executing, and performing inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.
  • Suggest solutions to identified deliverable problems.
  • Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels to meet goals/KPIs.
  • Analyze and investigate quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Conduct investigations to improve product quality and achieve better customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with production teams to achieve better results.
  • Develop or update inspection procedures to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain problem logs to identify recurring issues.
  • Collect quality data through records and tracking systems.
  • Document quality assurance activities through internal reporting and audits.
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects to develop new standards for production and design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or related domain.
  • Comfortable reviewing content in non-English languages.
  • Superb computer competence, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice.
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance preferred.
  • Knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation preferred.
