Senior Software Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks using Python and Selenium WebDriver. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with tools like TestNG, Pytest, and Robot Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration of automated testing within the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for coverage and traceability.
  • Conduct performance, compatibility, and reliability testing as needed.
Requirements
  • Programming: Expert-level hands-on experience in Python (mandatory) and working knowledge of Java.
  • Automation: Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Pytest, or Robot Framework.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on with Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools.
  • Version Control: Git/GitHub/GitLab experience is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
