We're seeking a highly experienced Program Lead to join our team of experts. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex AI projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver impactful results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced analytics, engineering, and BI solutions. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to translate business problems into analytics problem statements, and hands-on experience with data handling tools like SQL and R.

In this role, you'll have the chance to contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytics approaches.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to demonstrate techno-functional consulting capabilities, including scoping, development, validation, and deployment of explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced analytics, engineering, and BI solutions through analytics consulting
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals
  • Translate high-level business problems into analytics and data problem statements
  • Scope, develop, validate, and deploy explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions
  • Measure and articulate how analytics results improve clients' business and financial metrics
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience in delivering advanced analytics, engineering, and BI solutions
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in working with and leading multidisciplinary teams
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare industries and related functional areas
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
