Financial Services Loan Origination Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee and guide a team of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in the loan origination process. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the loan DSA process, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of loan DSAs to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee the end-to-end loan origination process, including sourcing clients, loan processing, and documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on loan products, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Monitor the team's performance, provide feedback, and ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the loan DSA or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of loan products (personal, business, home, vehicle loans, etc.) and the DSA process.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
