Strategic Financial Leadership

The Chief Financial Officer plays a pivotal role in the financial health and strategic planning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support long-term goals, providing valuable advice on business and financial planning.
  • Oversee preparation and approval of detailed financial reporting metrics, monitor and direct implementation of strategic business plans.
  • Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and reports, conduct thorough financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Review and analyze MIS reports, including monthly and quarterly profit & loss statements and variance analysis.
  • Ensure efficient operation of the finance function, manage cash flow and expense control processes, implement operational best practices to maximize revenue growth.
  • Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile, monitoring open legal issues and constructing reliable control systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and investment institutions, represent the company with bankers and investors, raise additional capital as necessary for expansion.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements, report financial results to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, oversee transaction processing systems.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team, managing accounting and finance departments to ensure financial stability.
  • Control statutory books of accounts, monitor day-to-day transactions, ensure compliance with rules and regulations of direct and indirect taxes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors or conduct statutory audit, limited review, tax audit, cost audit, and internal audit.
