Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer

This is a critical role for our organization, responsible for monitoring the infrastructure and resolving performance issues. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in application or infrastructure support.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor server parameters, including CPU, Memory, Hard disk size, Log size and other vital parameters on a regular schedule.
- Report any performance issues to the appropriate teams if beyond thresholds.
- Ensure scheduled tasks are completed successfully.
- Rerun failed tasks and report errors to L2/L3 teams.
- Monitor email, Teams channel and ticketing system for new items/tickets.
- Update tickets with initial response and gather more details as required.
- Reproduce issues in testing environment and provide inputs to L2 team members.
- Validate issue fixes in internal testing environment based on customer inputs.
Requirements:
- Customer facing experience of 3+ years.
- L1 level application or infrastructure support experience for at least 3 years.
- SailPoint or IAM system support experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills for written and oral responses within defined SLA.
- Experience in handling customer queries and providing support.
- Technical background in Java, Scripting an advantage.
