Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to support the lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, from development to market launch and post-market monitoring.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Design and optimize automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into actionable solutions.
Essential Criteria:
  • 5+ years' experience working with pharma clients, leveraging longitudinal real-world patient datasets to solve use cases such as forecasting, brand performance tracking, prescriber targeting, segmentation, patient journeys, and omni-channel attribution.
  • Proven expertise in solutioning, client communication, team leadership, and technical excellence.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare analytics, including clinical context, disease areas, and regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel, with ability to take a brief and query/shape data end-to-end independently.
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
  • Mindset: curious, proactive, and eager to learn and continuously raise the bar for the team.
