Innovative Solution Developer - Life Sciences and Healthcare

  • We design, build, and refine multi-agent, LLM-driven AI pipelines to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will engage in collaborative problem-solving with clinicians, data architects, and seasoned ML engineers to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Python programming skills and expert proficiency in at least one major ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
  • Rapidly deploy robust, production-grade AI solutions that meet industry standards.
  • High agency, rapid iteration capability, and ownership of outcomes are essential for success.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, or agent orchestration can be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and constraints is highly valued (training provided).

Six-month goals:

  • Launch production-grade, multi-agent AI solutions directly impacting healthcare providers globally.
