Key Account Manager

Drive pipeline growth by leading demand generation strategies across international markets.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end demand plans for key accounts in target geographies.
  • Oversee the implementation of webinars, email campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound marketing strategies to drive lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch high-impact campaigns aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights.
  • Manage the use and effectiveness of CRM, marketing automation, and website performance tools.
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools.
  • Exposure to international markets is a plus.
