Manufacturing Operations Director

**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the operations of our Solvent Extraction Plant and Prep plant. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:- Production planning and controlling of Extraction and Prep plant
- Managing all plant operational activities, including employees and machines
- Optimizing production costs and tracking variable costs (Solvent, Power, and Steam)
- Ensuring safe performance of each activity, implementing permit systems, and conducting required trainings
Key qualifications include:
- Thorough knowledge of production parameters and procedures, standards, and laws and regulations
- Impressive track record and experience within a similar position
- Strong people management skills and good exposure to business with accounting key deliverables
- Strong negotiation skills and budgeting experience
- In-depth knowledge of plant safety regulations and procedures
The ideal candidate will have a University degree in Oil Technology or Chemical Technology and 6-8 years of strong related experience in a FMCG or manufacturing organization.
