Key Responsibilities:

  2. Lead the migration of existing SAS macros, procedures, and workflows into optimized Python equivalents.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define modeling standards, workflows, and performance monitoring frameworks.
  4. Provide guidance and support to team members on Python adoption, coding practices, and analytics workflows.

Must-Have Skills:

  • SAS Mastery: Proficiency in Base SAS, SAS/STAT, Enterprise Miner, Visual Analytics, PROC SQL, and macros.
  • Python Expertise: Strong knowledge of pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, and PySpark (a bonus).
  • Statistical Strength: Regression, forecasting, clustering, classification, A/B testing, and causal inference.
  • Migration Experience: Proven success leading large-scale SAS to Python transitions.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver high-impact results.
