Data Analytics Leader

Our team is looking for an experienced Data Analytics Leader to oversee the design and scaling of data-driven solutions. This role will involve mentoring a team of analysts and engineers, as well as driving process automation and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Engineering
    • Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with business systems.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and architecture.
    • Implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Dashboarding & Visualization
    • Design and deploy intuitive dashboards that provide actionable insights.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics.
    • Ensure scalability and usability of dashboards.
  • Business Rule Engines (BREs)
    • Own the development and maintenance of BREs for decision-making processes.
    • Work closely with risk management teams to implement rule-based systems.
    • Collaborate with model builders for smooth model-to-production handoff.
  • Automation & SLAs
    • Define and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) for analytics services.
    • Implement automated workflows using tools like n8n, dbt, and CI/CD.
    • Continuously improve efficiency of analytics delivery.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a team of analysts and engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
    • Develop and execute strategies for team growth and professional development.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics engineering.
  • Advanced SQL, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration skills.
  • Strong expertise in business intelligence platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and workflow automation tools.
  • Prior experience in leading small teams and stakeholder management.
