Job Overview
The Finance Manager will lead the finance function of the organization, overseeing financial planning, accounting, budgeting, compliance, and treasury operations.
This role will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team by providing financial insights that drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare long-term financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and investment analysis.
- Partner with management on strategic initiatives and expansions.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure consolidation of accounts for multiple business units.
- Present MIS reports, dashboards, and financial KPIs to management.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
~ Chartered Accountant (CA) / M.Com / MBA in Finance (Tier-1/Tier-2 institute preferred).
~ 12–18 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
~ Proven track record in managing large-scale finance operations and strategic projects.
