As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us secure federal government contracts.

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of RFP/RFQ/RFI management, Bid Management, Capture management, and US Federal government contracting. You will be responsible for anchoring responses to proactive and reactive bids, identifying areas for improvement, and preparing sales collaterals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identify and propose improvements or innovations to services, product functionality, or processes.
  • Prepare customer/vertical-specific sales collaterals (Capability presentations, case studies, solution documents, white papers) by working closely with practice teams.
  • Assist the sales team in developing and implementing account penetration strategies and account-specific sales plans.

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an IT services/staffing company, focusing on pre-sales and proposal writing.
  • Understanding of US Federal government and SLED contracting.
  • Experience in RFP/RFQ/RFI management and a good understanding of the end-to-end sales life cycle.
  • End-to-end handling of capture management, lead generation, and bid management.
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to navigate and gather information from stakeholders to design compelling solutions/proposals.
  • Knowledge of US Federal government contracting, including contract vehicles, GWACs, GSA Platform & IDIQs, and strong understanding of federal procurement regulations.
